How do I place an order?

Choose your product, options (size, quantity, etc.) and complete your purchase. After your order, send us your design to ceomadicreationsstudio@gmail.com to get started.

How do I send you my design?

By email to ceomadicreationsstudio@gmail.com, including your order number. We accept high-quality files (PNG, JPG, PDF, or whatever format you have).

I don't have a design, can you help?

Of course! We can create the design for you. Message us and we'll quote the design based on what you need.

How long does my order take?

Production takes 3 to 7 business days after you approve your proof, and shipping takes 2 to 5 business days within the US. Check our Shipping Policy for more details.

Will I approve my design before it's printed?

Yes. We send you a digital proof (mockup) and only produce it once you approve it.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, we offer special volume pricing on several products. Message us for a quote.

Do you accept returns?

Since these are custom products, we don't accept returns, except for defects or errors on our part. Check our Refund Policy.
