Refund policy

At Madi Creations Studio, all of our products are custom-made to order based on each customer's design. For this reason, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been approved and started.

Before printing or producing your order, we'll send you a digital proof (mockup) of your design for approval. It's the customer's responsibility to carefully check spelling, colors, size, and all details before approving. Once the proof is approved, we're not responsible for errors in the design provided by the customer.

Defective products or errors on our part: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with an error attributable to us (different from what was approved), contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue, at ceomadicreationsstudio@gmail.com. We'll repair, replace, or refund the affected product at no additional cost.

Cancellations: Only orders that haven't yet entered production can be canceled. Once production has started, the order can't be canceled.
